The Sony Music Store offers a 30-day return policy for most physical media and merchandise, provided items remain in their original, sealed packaging. Please note that digital downloads and opened vinyl or CDs are generally ineligible for return due to the nature of the product.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original inserts and packaging are included.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
